Causes & Prevention of Heart Disease?

Heart Disease:
Heart Disease is not just only blocked arteries & heart attacks, there are a lot of other heart problems and conditions that might affect your heart health condition. It also causes major disabilities. The most common cause of heart disease is narrowing or blockage of the blood vessels that basically supplies blood to the heart.  Have you consider having our How to prevent heart disease workshop?

It is a slow process disease which, happens slowly over time and is the reason people get heart attacks. Notice time is the key factor here!   Another kind of heart problem may happen to the valves in the heart, or the heart may not pump well and cause heart failure. People might have inherited heart disease. Some of the heart disease conditions are highlighted below.  There is something more important you can do to help prevent Heart Disease, these are factors that can be controlled by a person.  Understanding the risk factor is especially important as one factor increases a person's risk, nevertheless I shall share more with you later, keep in mind the 'BAD BOY';  but let’s keep going.

CAD (coronary artery disease) is the first and widely known heart disease that tends to occur when the level of Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) Cholesterol starts to accumulate & build up plaque in the arteries walls of your heart. CAD has no symptoms at an early stage but when accumulated plaque starts blocking blood flow, you may feel chest pain, fatigue, and shortness of breath these symptoms tend to show more in men as compared to women. Notice accumulated is the key factor here!
Heart Failure: Heart is a muscular organ that contracts and relaxes to pump the blood to every single part of the body. If your heart muscles become too rigid or they get weak, your heart vessels may start developing complications and it might affect the capacity of the heart to pump blood to your body, called (CHF) congestive heart failure.

Arrhythmia: It refers to the irregularity of your heartbeats too fast or too slowly, some of the common examples are:

Atrial Flutter
Supraventricular Tachycardia
Atrial Contraction

Heart Disease Factors:
What are the Causes & Prevention of Heart Disease?  There are two types of heart attack risk factors associated with heart attack, the factors that can be controlled by a person, and the factors that cannot be controlled by the person.  Understanding the risk factor is especially important because having just one factor increases a person's risk of getting heart disease.

Risk Factor you can control:
Smoking
High blood pressure
High cholesterol level
Being overweight
Physical inactivity
Metabolic syndrome

Risk Factor you cannot control:
Family History or inherited
55 years or older
History of preëclampsia

While you cannot control these 3 factors, you can take action to help prevent them and keeping them in history.  If you take care of yourself and aware of the risk factors you can reduce the chances of developing coronary artery disease. Having just one factor can double your chance of getting your heart disease, two risk factors can quadruple your risk, and while having three or more risk factors increase your risk for heart disease more than tenfold.

Prevention is the Key:
By taking some precautionary measures, you can improve your heart health.
Do not smoke and if you do; quit.  Aim for real and organic food using the best organic cookware as they preserve the quality of nutrients and vitamins they have unparalleled gustatory quality, prefer stainless steel to avoid Teflon pans completely.  Get moving for 30 minutes a day. Choose a diet low in saturated fat, cholesterol-free and low in Trans-fat for the optimum health of your heart. Adopt a healthy diet consumption of fruits, fat-free products and vegetables can do a miracle for your health.

Best Organic Cookware:
As heart disease is closely associated with food so it is important to choose the right cookware for you especially healthiest stainless steel cookware for optimum consumption of nutrients and vitamins they are also elegant and are durable as well. With the layer of 18/10, the best organic cookware is non-reactive so you can cook tomato sauce or any desired food.

Dangerous Cookware to Avoid:
The cookware you used to cook food is very important because cookware can leach dangerous chemicals and heavy metals that can accumulate in the body.  Notice accumulated is the key factor again! This is proven and some of these chemicals are more dangerous than any manmade preservatives or artificial substances so you need to avoid your use of dangerous cookware and used the safest and best organic cookware.

Dangerous cookware:
Teflon cookware – the most dangerous
Aluminum cookware
Copper cookware

As also does ceramic cookware, enamel cookware, glass cookware would also be a problem as a lot of glassware contains lead.  Choosing cookware can affect the value of nutrients in food it may lower or it may actively increase the loss of nutrients from the food while cooking.

Choose the healthiest stainless steel cookware as stainless steel is an alloy, a material made up of two or more metals. Its advantages are durability, endurance, and great cooking ability they are quick to heat absorber. They are easy to clean and to maintain as they prevent rust and are not fragile.

Healthiest stainless steel cookware is nonreactive they did not react with food and they are considered as the safest products for acid foods. You can cook anything without having the risk of leaching any harmful chemicals like in some other metals.

“When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use when the diet is right medicine is of no need”.
